Amongst the gaming community Discord became a common platform for players to meet, discuss, collaborate and develop the culture of a single game or series of games. Discord has evolved beyond its gaming roots and become a powerful hub for communities, businesses, and individuals. AZTEQ Metaverse hosts a server on this platform where all community members who have a shared interest in our project can join and interact.
The focus of our Discord server is towards the gaming audience. We make full use of Discord’s ticketing system to allow support cases to be logged and handled by our 24/7 support team. We were quick to lean into the expanded range of features that Discord enables. The channel and room format allowed us to make areas of interest for both daily users and occasional check-ins.
One of the many benefits of the discord platform is the ability to engage with community members via audio and video this area is reserved for live events and opportunities to engage with tribe members in real-time. This allows us to share up-to-the-minute information coming out or exciting developments for our community members. Due to the deep gaming legacy of the discord platform it provides an ideal environment to stream high-resolution in-game graphics along with live community participation. This brings a rich level of interaction for events and announcements that are outside the live AZTEQ Metaverse Life environment.
A moderation team who are called the Jaguars take responsibility for monitoring controlling and planning campaigns from within this area. It is also an opportunity to investigate any special requests or pending matters that are under review.
Our community is built around a set of guidelines and rules which all tribe members agree to before joining the discord server. The rules are laid out here and made available for anyone to refer to during their time on the server all ad how can announcements and weekly super updates are posted in this area to allow both daily and occasional users to keep abreast of changes within the project and another key factor involved in developing our discord server was the ability to log tickets and offer a help and customer support function on the platform. Tickets are assigned unique IDs and responsible owners from the Jaguar team to take care of our community and see those tickets are handled in an effective manner.
The general area is where new community members come and must authenticate themselves as humans. That is another step we took to reduce the amount of bots joining our tribe. This is where our members can find daily conversations, activities and campaign interaction. We also keep the tribe up to date with any cross-posted information in our X platform feed focused on partnering engagements and activities.
There are a variety of live stream and podcast productions created around the AZTEQ metaverse journey for both live and offline conversations. Insert Coin Player One extends the scope for discussions around web 3.0 topics. It is a series of open-ended questions with a dedicated channel where feedback is requested and welcome for input from our community.
The BUIDL channel is a forum where people can come and discuss new and potential game ideas, blockchain developments and Life extensions between other community members
The AZTEQ metaverse is already comprised of an incredible array of digital collaborations with top-tier partnerships including Marvel, Disney, Star Wars, Hasbro and a variety of globally recognized anime brands. As an homage to both the fan base and the incredible legacy of many of these characters, we launched AI chatbots based on these legendary characters for you to converse with interact with and extend your world of fun outside the life environment.
The AZTEQ Metaverse team draws both this inspiration and talents from a global pool. The best and the brightest have no fixed location so we connect to where they are. We fully expect players are our audience and Partners in our community to be global and we offer 10 rooms of different languages from around the world where people can come and interact in their native tongues. Creativity, inspiration and community has no single flag.
