Life Titles offer a way to claim your own piece of the AZTEQ Metaverse, turning open spaces in Life into personal hubs for building and sharing. These digital deeds cover 500-meter by 500-meter parcels, giving you room to create anything from a quiet retreat to a bustling venue. Once you own one, it's yours to develop, with the option to add structures, paths, or even themed areas that fit the surrounding district's feel.
What sets Life Titles apart is their layered ground system, where organic, soil, and bedrock qualities score from zero to ten, influencing what you can do there. A high-scoring parcel in Tapiru might burst with forests and wildlife, ideal for nature-themed builds, while a lower one in Heloderm suits stark desert setups for survival challenges. These traits make each Title unique, affecting its appeal for visitors or trades. Acquiring a Life Title starts with AZTEQ One coins, either through in-world Deed Merchants scattered across districts or directly in Virtua's asset explorer. Prices shift based on location, scarcity, and those layer scores—prime spots near high-traffic Allures like the Great Academy command more. Once bought, you can start shaping it right away, with tools to preview changes before committing.
Ownership opens doors to brokerage, where you act as a virtual real estate agent, helping others find or sell parcels. Lease out space for events or shops, handling agreements and collections through simple interfaces. This mirrors managing physical property but with the ease of digital transfers, letting you earn from rentals without ongoing fees.
Tying into community play, Life Titles let you form tribes by inviting players to call your land home. More members mean stronger voting power in metaverse decisions, plus passive rewards from visitor traffic logged on the chain. It's a way to build alliances, like grouping explorers in Yucateco for joint quests or creators in Mocinno for collaborative designs.
Strategic placement matters, especially adjoining Allures for steady footfall—think positioning near Azlantis for water-based activities or Pangea for dinosaur hunts. Adjunct areas offer more room but less built-in draw, so scouting districts in explore mode helps spot the best fits for your plans.
For those starting out, basic Titles are accessible early on, perhaps after a few quests to earn enough AZTEQ. Experiment with small builds to learn the ropes, like adding interactive elements that respond to weather or time of day, enhancing the immersive feel across Life's varied landscapes.
In essence, Life Titles transform AZTEQ Metaverse from a place to visit into one you shape, blending ownership with creativity to foster lasting connections. They're the foundation for turning ideas into shared realities within this expansive world.
Each piece of land is a Life Title in our metaverse. These have special properties, which allows you to determine if it is fruitful to purchase it for your specific needs. Creations that are made and placed on a Life Title are part of it. Giving players the authority to build freely on these titles or select specific individuals to complete a project are options besides being the sole creator. To purchase a Life Title, you can do so through claiming the Life Title in your HUD when playing in our metaverse, purchase it through NFT marketplaces of through direct transfer from its owner to you.
Layers: properties that contribute to value and usage
In our metaverse, weather conditions have effect on your Life Title. Each piece of land can have three layers that composes its virtual ground: the Organic type, its Soil and the Bedrock. Each layer has a score that determines its biodiversity, its fertility and its stability. The size of each Life Title is 500m x 500m so half square kilometer (which would be 25 hectares).
Score | 0-2 | 3-5 | 6-8 | 9-10 |
---|---|---|---|---|
Organic | Wasteland, Clay | Tundra, Wetlands | Green, Woods | Woods, Forests |
Soil | Clay | Sandy | Silty | Loamy |
Bedrock | Igneous | Sedimentary | Sedimentary | Metamorphic |
If you have plans to build concrete structures without chopping down a lot of trees, you would be interested in a Life Title between the score of 3 to 5. If you however want to provide a venue that is visually appealing with grass, trees and flowers that attract birds and fauna, a higher score is probably a better choice. The higher the score, the more scarce a Life Title is available in our metaverse.
Utility: co-ownership, collaborative projects and leasing
Once you acquired ownership of a Life Title, you can manage its access to other players in our metaverse. The default option is that you have the sole ownership of your land and you are the only authority who decides if it can be occupied by others, if structures are allowed to be build or keep it as a private property that allows visitors or not. You can delegate the ownership to others, giving some players the ability to build on your Life Title or lease out your property for a three month period up to two years.
